Doom “You Call This DOOM?” — Marinebe5 [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... This is Hollywoods best effort to make yet, another failing movie from one of the best video games ever. They had the nerve to call this movie Doom. It should have been called Resident Evil -The Aliens Landed, because, this movie has nothing to do with Doom that I could find. Where's all the IMPS, and Hell Knights, and whatever happen to the story of the people changing into monster fighting zombies from the Lost Souls not from an injection and then it spreading from monster to human. This story sucks like the movie. You even had the balls to use the BFG and then it never was used on the creature like aliens, it was just mindlessly fired at the ceiling and the wall. This is probably why the Rock gets his in the end. I hope that if you ever have an idea to make another Doom movie that you atleast brainstorm this time and write the movie based from the game. If you can't then just tape the game while you play it and use that as the sequel. Hell, I suppose that would be a better movie then anything you have created thus far.
