Now that some of us have seen the teaser and full-length trailers, and with the movie coming up soon, let's see how high the predictions might be...

First weekend domestic: $27 mil
Total domestic: $105 mil

I know this movie's gonna rock, better than just about every other game-to-movie attempt out there. Once word gets out, it'll do well in the B.O.

I'd say, from the news that its only 98 minutes long... 45 Mil

The movie is too short to do good. A great sci fi movie is 2 hours long.

why do good movie ideas have to be so SHORT?
ugh, i knew that tehre was gonna be something to let me down about this movie, howcome lord of the rings was like 3 hours and it was out of a booK!? but they cant make a 3 hour movie about a game?

I think AVP was about that long and it did about $80 mil, and it wasn't as good as people wanted. This one might have more going for it, therefore more moolah

good point and i expect this to do better than that did i stick with my first estimates
