If you live in CA, they are illegal. Period. You can't buy them online or from another country without having Homeland Security pay you a visit. Here in FL, they are legal only for people who hold a concealed weapons permit from the state. Otherwise it's a felony to own one.

You know Emi, you're always pretty knowledgable about things.

I've always wondered ... how do you go about getting a concealed-weapons permit?

I have NO criminal record, not even a parking ticket, so it shouldn't be too hard for me. You know where I have to go?

Im 95% percent sure the answer is yes, they can be. As Emi said they are illegal to own, buy, sell, and probably to ship to certian states. Other states it's not.

I live in TN and you can buy those in malls. They're cheap and junky, but you can do it.

Certain kinds of novelty, MA, and sporting goods vendors can slip through the cracks. Like for instance I have bought brass knuckles, black jacks, zap gloves, bladed gloves,etc and all of which are illegal in this state.
