June 20, 2001 — Today on Comics Continuum they have some interesting information on the Evolution cartoon. "Will Meugniot, supervising director of Fox Kids' upcoming Evolution animated series, is doing his first comics story in seven years, a five-page Evolution strip for the Fox Kids magazine. Meugniot, who has produced such series as X-Men and Spider-Man Unlimited, said that pre-production on the first 26 episodes of Evolution is being finished. The show is based on the movie now in theaters."
