In anticipation of the release to video and DVD of "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone," Blockbuster Inc., arranged for a messenger owl, just like the ones used in the film, to fly the first official delivery of movies to its stores Friday, May 24, 2002, in Las Vegas.
