Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring “BORING” — peter_haase13 [More reviews by this user] Anticipation Level: How excited (or not) I am to see this movie... Lord of the Rings. Sounds boring. Movie Review: My thoughts on this movie... After seeing The Two Towers (but ignoring the pile of poo that was Return of the King), going back and watching this seems sad and pointless. Lord of the Rings without Gollum and DECENT battle scenes is like masurbating without a hand. Plus, even the first time around this film was a sleepfest. A big overlong boring snore of a film that seemed more like a video brochure for New Zealand than a full-on fantasy film. Oh, and the Hobbits are gay (occasionally from the front they are children-BAD editing). DVD Review: Thoughts on the DVD release of this movie... The 4 disc set is good except...you have to swap discs to watch the second half of the film. HOW SAD IS THAT IT MAKES ME LAUGH! Pathetic. Half a star. Was this review any good?
