Well, both of these clubs were formed over on the Pirates of the Caribbean 2 board, so a good first step would be to head over there. The poster in charge of the Pervy Hobbit Fanciers Guild has been M.I.A. for about a month now, but I'm sure we could dig up the old thread and figure out what number you are going to be. As for the Pervy Elf Fanciers Guild, I believe the originators still frequent the PotC2 board so you should have no trouble getting info about that one. Good luck!
