"Jurassic Park 3" DVD slammed with 10 Hours of extras!

Video Premiere Awards let's us in on exciting news regarding the status of this Summer's Blockbuster hit "Jurassic Park 3." According to them, it will be packed with 10 hours of extras!!

Included in the JPIII's 10 hours-plus of DVD extras is what the studio is calling the most in-depth look at special effects house Industrial Light & Magic.

The featurette A Visit to ILM shows viewers the 20 stages involved in using computer graphics and the creation of effects such as skin and muscle simulation.

Viewers can also take a A Guided Tour of the Stan Winston Studio and follow paleontologist Jack Horner through a Montana dinosaur dig site.

There is also commentary by the films special effects team.

One of the few releases to top JPIII in the extras department will be Shrek, which will have more than 11 hours of additional material.

The bonus disc in the trilogy collection features newly released footage from all Jurassic titles. The bonus disc can be purchased separately by mail for $6.95 with the purchase of a JPIII DVD.
