Sandlers Eight Crazy Nights Web Sweepstakes entry form
and submit as directed. This includes first and last name, age, gender,
a mailing address including state, city, and zip code and a valid e-mail
address. Limit one entry per person, household or email address. Multiple
entries submitted by a single entrant are void.
Sweepstakes
begins at 12:01 am PST November 15, 2002 and ends December 4, 2002 at
11:59 p.m. PST. All entries must be received by e-mail by midnight PST
December 4, 2002. CountingDown.com (Sponsor), Sony Pictures
Entertainment Inc. and their respective agents acting for, or on behalf
of the above entities, and their respective parent companies, officers,
directors, subsidiaries, affiliates, service providers, prize suppliers,
or any other person or entity associated with Sweepstakes (collectively,
Sweepstakes Entities) are not responsible for late, lost
or misdirected e-mail or any error, omission, interruption, deletion,
defect, delay or malfunction in operation or transmission on the Internet
or website. In case of dispute, entry will be considered made by registered
user of the e-mail/Internet account who must comply with these official
rules.
Prizes:
One (1)
Grand Prize - A private home-town screening of "ADAM SANDLER'S EIGHT
CRAZY NIGHTS" in the winner's city; including rental of a theater
for up to 51 people (ARV $500) and one (1) ADAM SANDLER'S EIGHT CRAZY
NIGHTS prize pack consisting of a poster, CD soundtrack and t-shirt (ARV
$32 each). The home-town screening will occur within thirty (30) days
of the winner being notified that he/she has won the Grand Prize. The
hometown screening is subject to the availability of a theater. The winner
may choose from the following times to be approved by the theater: Monday
- Thursday during business hours, Saturday and Sunday morning matinee
time period only, with no screening opportunities on Friday. If a theater
in the winner's immediate town is not playing "ADAM SANDLER'S EIGHT
CRAZY NIGHTS," then the screening shall be held at the next closest
theater to the winner's city. All expenses associated with traveling to
the theater and accommodations are the winner's sole responsibility. The
hometown theaters rules and regulations will apply to the winner
and guests. The winner's guests must be over the age of 13 or must be
accompanied by his/her guardian or parent who will also be counted as
one of the 50 guests.

First Prizes - ADAM SANDLER'S EIGHT CRAZY NIGHTS prize packs consisting
of a poster, CD soundtrack and t-shirt (ARV $32 each).
Drawing
and Notification:
Odds of
winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners will
be selected in a random drawing held on or about December 5, 2002 from
all eligible entries received by Sponsor whose decisions are final and
binding in all respects. Winners will be contacted by e-mail by Sponsor
using information provided on the entry form. If no valid e-mail address
is provided on the entry form, another potential winner may be selected,
or if he/she is found to be ineligible, or if he/she cannot or does not
comply with these Official Rules, such winner will be disqualified and
an alternate winner selected.
Eligibility:
Sweepstakes
open to all legal US residents of the United States, 18 years of age or
older as of the November 15, 2002 (start date of sweepstakes) and have
an existing e-mail address prior to November 15, 2002 (start date of sweepstakes)
only, except employees and immediate family (spouses and parents, siblings
and children and their spouses) of the Sweepstake Entities and each of
their affiliates or subsidiaries, advertising agencies, sweepstakes supplier,
and any other company involved with the design, production execution or
distribution of the sweepstakes. Winners of prizes may be required to
complete execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, and winners and
guests must sign, execute and return a Liability Release and a Publicity
Release, where legal, within 7 days of notification, or prize may be forfeited.
General:
By participating,
entrants acknowledge and agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions
of the judges, which are final. The winners hereby consent to the use
of their name and or likenesses by Sweepstakes Entities for the purposes
of advertising without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.
Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Void where prohibited
by law. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable and cannot be redeemed
for cash. In the event of unavailability of stated prizes, Sweepstakes
Entities reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable value.
By entering, entrants release sponsor, and independent prize suppliers
from any liability resulting from participation in the sweepstakes or
use of any prize won. If, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes
is compromised by virus, bugs, worms, unauthorized human intervention,
or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor affecting administration,
security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves
the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes
in its entirety and conduct the drawing from all eligible entries received
prior to the action taken. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, seek
remedies and damages from, and criminally prosecute any individual or
entrant tampering with the entry process. All entries become the property
of the Sponsor and will not be returned.Any personal information supplied
by you to Sponsor will be subject to Sponsor's privacy policy and terms
of service posted at www.countingdown.com. Additionally, by opting in
to specific offers from participating Sweepstakes Entities, the entrant
agrees to receive additional email communications from such entity. The

December 11, 2002.
